Welcome to the TTSD Open House Tour hosted by Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal and Eastern Regional Landfill (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in this tour, located at 900 Cabin Creek Rd. Truckee, CA 96161, you (“Participant”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Open House Tour indicates your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in the Tour.
2. Tour Participation
Participants must follow all instructions given by tour guides and staff members during the tour.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason.
3. Health and Safety
Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal and Eastern Regional Landfill, including but not limited to wearing appropriate safety gear if required. We have the right to cancel or postpone the tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
4. Photography and Filming
We may take photographs or record videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of your image in such materials. Participants are allowed to take photographs for personal use unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal and Eastern Regional Landfill reserves the right to cancel or change the date or times of the Open House Tour. In the event of cancellation, we will attempt to notify participants as soon as possible.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in the Open House Tour, you agree to release Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal and Eastern Regional Landfill and its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the tour. Participants are responsible for assessing their own risk in participating in the tour.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Placer County, California, USA, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Placer County, California, USA, for the resolution of any disputes related to these Terms or the Open House Tour.
